YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Hair Loss Access handles personal information when you browse this website or submit an enquiry.

Effective 3 September 2026

Business details to be confirmed before paid advertising: operating legal entity, registered business-name holder, ABN, business address, privacy contact and complaints contact.

1. About Hair Loss Access

Hair Loss Access is an independent Australian marketing and referral service. We connect people making preliminary enquiries about hair-restoration funding pathways with a specialist application partner.

We are not a medical clinic, financial adviser, tax agent, superannuation provider or government service. We do not assess eligibility or guarantee that an application will be approved. We may receive a referral fee if we refer an enquiry to a specialist application partner.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect:

  • your first name, phone number and email address;
  • your state or territory;
  • where you are in the treatment process and your preferred contact time;
  • information you choose to provide in the message field; and
  • your consent to collection, contact and referral.

Our website and hosting providers may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, access times and server logs.

Please do not send sensitive documents

The preliminary enquiry does not require detailed medical history, diagnoses, super balances, tax file numbers, identity documents, medical reports, invoices, Medicare details, banking information or super-fund login details. Please do not enter these in the message field.

3. Why we collect it

We collect personal information to respond to your enquiry, understand the general stage of your treatment journey, connect you with a specialist application partner when you have consented, maintain and secure the website, manage records and meet applicable legal obligations.

We will not use your enquiry details for unrelated promotional marketing unless you separately choose to receive it.

4. Sharing your information

With your express consent, we may share your enquiry with a specialist application partner so they can contact you, discuss your circumstances and explain potential next steps. The partner is expected to identify itself when contacting you and explain that your enquiry came through Hair Loss Access.

We may also disclose information to service providers that help host, secure and operate the website or process form submissions, and to professional advisers, regulators or authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law.

Some technology service providers may process information outside Australia. Where overseas processing occurs, privacy protections and legal requirements may differ from those in Australia. Current provider and location details will be made available on request where practicable.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies, pixels and advertising measurement

At the effective date of this policy, this website does not intentionally load non-essential analytics cookies, advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

If optional analytics or advertising measurement is introduced, we will explain the technology and ask for an appropriate choice before it loads. We will configure tracking to minimise data collection and will not intentionally send form answers, treatment-stage information or message contents to advertising platforms.

6. Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage the referral relationship and records, or to meet legal requirements. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent to a referral that has not yet occurred, or make a privacy complaint.

Until dedicated privacy contact details are published, use the website enquiry form and begin your message with “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before providing access or making a correction.

We will acknowledge and respond to privacy complaints within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, service providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
